Kaspien closed shop and screwed us for $5K+ but continue to sell our unpaid inventory.
What where the positives?
They placed very large orders for our patented LOKSAK, Inc. brands.
Any negatives?
Then with no notice, Kaspien continued to make large purchases knowing they were having financial difficulty. We had to find out the hard way, after sitting on unpaid invoices, from other Amazon resellers giving us the heads up.
Summary
NEVER. They keep selling their unpaid for LOKSAK inventory at very reduced prices, far from our MAP, and complaints from our good resellers, keep pouring in. We have asked them to return to us the inventory and not sell it cheap, to no avail. They never respond. They ignore our communication.
