They stop payments without notification.
Summary
They frequently stop your payments for days to weeks at a time without sending you any notification. Then when you inquire about what is going on they tell you they need some kind of information to proceed. If information is needed that request should be made as soon as the payments are paused not when a customer makes an inquiry. I am closing my account due to this and they are currently attempting to hold my funds ransom. I do not recommend this company due to these predatory practices.
